WayGreen Summer Feast

An on the farm, 5 course dining experience featuring locally sourced food prepared live by Chef Matthew Raiford and Chef Matt Rahor to benefit the farmers and producers of WayGreen, Inc.

Kick off your summer with our locally grown family at Gilliard Farms! Join us for an evening on the farm shared over a 5-course feast of farm fresh summer favorites cooked live by CheFarmer Matthew Raiford and Chef Matt Roher. Each course will feature locally sourced foods like farm grown fruits and veggies, Grilled Tri-Tip and a Whole Roasted Hog for a good old fashioned Pig Pickin! This celebratory evening will include food, music and a chance to meet the amazing farmers behind WayGreen, a non-profit organization committed to providing access to local healthy food to communities through farmer markets and other events. WayGreen will set up a Local Fare Market where guests can shop for their own fresh ingredients to enjoy at home and Chef Matthew will be offering his cookbook “Bress N Nyam” for sale.
